Workbook is a jazz group from N.C.. We play a large amount of material ranging from standards to originals to jazz versions of rock and soul classics. We can perform in duo or trio formats, which gives us the ability to play any kind of job. All members of Workbook are dependable professionals who have been playing in the area for several decades. Recently we have played at The Irregardless Cafe and Raleigh Brewing Co.(Raleigh), Parazod (Durham), Ruth Chris, Southern Lights Liberty Oaks (Greensboro), and Hamptons and The Furniture Mkt.. (High Point). Members of the bands have either played with or shared the stage with such artists as: Suzanne Vega, Burning Spear, Derek Trucks, Alex Chilton, Living Color, Cowboy Junkies, Adrian Belew (King Crimson), and many others.
